Seem I have same issue as you. Environment: Safari 6.0.5 on Mac OS X 10.8.4
1. Install SIMBL 0.9.9
2. copy GreaseKit.bundle into ~/Library/Application Support/SIMBL/Plugins
3. Open Safari, GreaseKit Menu show up.
4. Open some kind of *.user.js files with Safari. Doesn't popup "install this
script" dialog. Seem nothing happened.
