Run markdown formatter on spec

Run auto markdown formatter on crsf.md. Mostly tidied the following

• Remove all trailing whitespacecs
• Ensure each markdown heading (i.e., #) is preceded and followed from other content by one (and only one) blank line.
• Bold words using **x** instead of __x__

I've reviewed it for any mistakes and it looks clear. @kamik2 I know you have your own tools to generate PDF so maybe there was a choice to go off of the standard MD "*" and you used "_"?

i used this style as this was "the way to go" in my company - So basically, out of habit
