Maybe can do it with Actions CI.

@kamik2 Do you plan on having the CRSF spec be semantically versioned? If so, IMO it would be nice to have a proper release workflow via GitHub actions whenever a release is tagged.

yep, thats the plan. ATM i'm testing some actions to set it up here
