Custom Order Status with E-Mail Notifications.

This should also include to ensure that Custom Status that is already there in Woo, should be incorporated. So no orders are being affected.

There will only be 1 single trigger, if all the products are delivered, it will be marked as "Complete"
Internally we will need to create Customer Status (Shipped and Partial Shipment)
