Hello @lorenzobn I have checked this issue, and it doesn't let me edit it when applications are submitted, but only let's me edit it when the applications are not submitted.

Moreover, once/and application is rejected or accepted it is removed from the active to archive where we cannot edit it anyway. Can you confirm and close this issue? As you added needs-investigation tag.
