Some credentials to be added for querying Kubernetes management APIs (GCS and Azure)
There's a place where a GUID representing the GCS KEY should be, but instead it's an ID that just says GCSKEY... that's an incorrect diff
All of the GUIDs in here are "safe for git" -- they are just pointers at credentials that are locked inside of Jenkins credentials binding plugins (we should also have them in a password safe, I guess?)
