Ambiguous start of EC term #7

The constitution says:

Officers shall take office on the earlier of one week after the spring class ends or June 1.

This is arguably ambiguous about when exactly the term starts: Midnight? Start of squares? End of squares? Exactly a week after the end of the first hack tip? It'd be nice to clarify this (and the fall version of it).

Alex says start of day on the day one week after (so 12:01 am Tuesday).

We're still a little unclear on "6*24 hours after graduation" or "all of Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon" (the latter is intended, but not super clear), but it's better now (and that difference is like 2 hours on a night when we don't usually dance). Maybe worth changing when we next make constitutional changes in a few years, but not anytime soon. (I feel a little bad about ending up with wording that's still a bit ambiguous. Oh well.)
