About the Job - Senior Front-End Engineer

Terminus is seeking an accomplished Senior Front-End Engineer to help us build an industry leading Account-Based Marketing platform that allows B2B marketers to do ABM at scale. This role will be pivotal in helping our teams build, scale and deliver best-in-class ABM platform on the market to our customers.

Our ideal candidate is a skilled problem-solver with a deep understanding of user experience design and front-end development (HTML, CSS & Javascript) as well as experience with emerging, modern JavaScript frameworks -- we are an Angular dev shop! As a fast growing startup, Terminus offers an incredible opportunity for a Senior Front-End Engineer to learn, grow personally and professionally, and be part of building our company and culture.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain scalable, efficient front-end code
• Build applications with rich user experiences
• Lead and participate in discussions with product, design and engineering team members to build features from concept through implementation
• Break-down complex customer workflows into meaningful engineering backlog items and lead the team in delivering solutions
• Be a major contributor in defining the direction of our web applications
• Document service design/architecture and participate in design reviews
• Work with Support to triage and debug customer and product issues

Requirements

• 5+ years experience with modern JavaScript front-end frameworks (preferably Angular) and test frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Jasmine, Selenium, etc.)
• Significant experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and JSON
• 3+ years experience running production systems on a major cloud provider
• Experience working with API technologies (REST, GraphQL, etc.)
• Experience with continuous integration and version control tools (GitHub, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, etc.)
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and best practices for the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams on a daily basis.
