Description

As a member of a site affiliated with a project, on the site dashboard, I don't see the data privacy info button as I expect.

Steps to Reproduce

1. As the member of a site affiliated with a project
2. Select the site
3. Open the dashboard
4. See issue

Expected behavior

Regardless of my role, I want to see see the data privacy info button next to the privacy field, so I can look up what "public" and "private" mean when I am on the site.

Actual behavior

I can't see the info button expected in the design.

Ok, we can keep this issue. The privacy info button can go right after the word public/private. I'd consider this pri 3.
