Delete non used and non usable import code? #574

Hi @nicolaasuni

Could we delete the tcpdf import code as it is not finished and should not be used by anyone?

That would reduce this library a bit

Off topic, sorry. Ask Stackoverflow. Browsers like Firefox know how to display PDFs
