Tecosaur helped me with the issue, as it turns out my pandoc version was too old (2.5).
cd Downloads && sudo dpkg -i pandoc-2.11.1.1-1-amd64.deb
-went back to emacs and org-pandoc-import-to-org
Now everything works great, thank you Tecosaur !

Hi Tecosaur, I tried org-pandoc-import, it works great with odt and docx files, but I am unable to make it work with ipynb and csv files, each time I tried with those 2 formats I obtained an empty org-file with #+TITLE: test thank you!
