Move from HTML format to Admin format and back easily #87

Currently there is no clear and obvious way to easily move back and forth 
between the admin and html sides of Mortar, requiring a user to manually 
change the URL in order to do so. A standardized interface element 
allowing the user to easily navigate between these two sides should be 
added to ease the process of design and development.
