Updated to protractor 4 #168

we need to update to protractor 4 asap. Have you worked why travis-CI is failing, and most important, is @teerapap still active, or anybody with write access, to be able to merge it???

Thanks for the PR. This is released in grunt-protractor-runner v4.0.0. Sorry for the late response.
