Configured in config.edn, or;
User can render content folded based on a heading keyword (for example, a user has ~#+FIRN_FOLD: 3~ at the front of the file).
This is contingent that the [:summary ...] tag can hold semantic headings, or, that it can at least be styled as a heading.
