Hello, check your Individual record related to this Lead. Make sure to see related lists for Contact Point Phones and Contact Point Emails. Check if there are any records available. Check the flow LeadTriggerSetIndividual if it executes correctly when a new Lead is created. It checks the phone, mobile and email fields of your Lead record and creates the contact points and contact point consent records.

When navigating to the Lead preferences, I can only see the address displayed as a communication channel, Email and phone missing.
Moreover, after creating a brand, i've tried to create a contact point consent (from the consent management console) but was unable to retrieve any contact point email or contact point phone, i only could add contact point address.
I don't have any clue how to add email and phone in preferences, please could you help ?
