layout: non-tei additions (member of att.typed, @topLine and @rulingMedium) #16

Several non-tei additions were made to this element.

It's now a member of att.typed (so type and subtype attrs are available) Attributes topLine and rulingMedium were added.

As non-tei modifications, these likely should be in MC rather than the GS. The new attributes should also be namespaced.

Not an Oxford-specific implementation: we have been using these at the UL as well.

It was agreed in meeting that these are GS-level issues. We will revisit again in detail later.
