3.4>New Liferay SDK. New configuration file by name “build.<your-computer-user-name>.properties” was not created. #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Followed section 3.4 once installed the plugin SDK
2. 'liferay-plugins-sdk-6.1.1' comes in the  project explorer.
3. But no “build.<your-computer-user-name>.properties” file.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected: To see new properties file by name as provided in the book.

Actual: But I don't see this file 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

windows :7
