What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. I followed the trouble shooting tips which is not clear.

2. As Layman its not easy to understand.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected: project explorer> Right click 'my-first-portlet'> LiFeray> SDK> 
deploy.

Actual: Right clicking on the  Portlet  project in the  “Project Explorer” 
panel  >  Liferay  >  SDK  >  deploy.  

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
