4.4 > updating 'libraryportlet.java'. need to delete existing webapps folder which is in project name. details below

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. once the user done with 'libraryportlet.java' user need to delete webapps

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected : Need to delete the folder from tomcat 7.0 else throwing plugin sdk 
error.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

windows 7
