What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Specify the liferay portlet.xml is present in the WEB-INF folder.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected: As layman i will struggle to find out liferay portlet.xml so mention 
location.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
