Make error messages in THL handling more clear #512

What steps will reproduce the problem?

This message provides all of the information to know what is happening, it just 
doesn't do so in a way that makes it easy.

Caused by: com.continuent.tungsten.replicator.thl.THLException: Client
handshake failure: Client response validation failed: Master log does not
contain requested transaction: client source ID=db2.vyew.com seqno=40636366
epoch number=0 master min seqno=41935311 master max seqno=52638031 

What is the expected output?

Thoughts:

"Client handshake failure: Client response validation failed:" - This does not 
provide any information.
"Master log does not contain requested transaction" - Great! How do I fix it?
"client source ID=db2.vyew.com seqno=40636366 epoch number=0 master min 
seqno=41935311 master max seqno=52638031" - Good info to have, but it obscures 
the point above. All we really need to know is that the master does not contain 
40636367.

We'll use 2.1.0 instead of 2.0.8, hence moving the issues.

Moving to 2.1.2 - 2.1.1 should be a more compact release.
