Add functionality in the search interface for curators to leave comments on artworks which are only visible to curators (not feedback for artists).

This might be further refined to allow curators to make notes that are only visible to themselves (and not other curators).

This feature has been implemented for projects instead of artworks. It's unlikely curators would want to annotate every single artwork in a project. They would be more likely to have comments on an entire body of artworks (project) instead.
