Battle Target cache not working

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? target cache set to 300 
but none was selected for any levels i choose

What version of Golem are you using? Beta or release? On what browser? r991

Does anything relevant appear in the Console? (ctrl+shift+J) error passing 
value for z-index. Declaration dropped.

Please provide any additional information below.

target cache previously working under r799 but when i updated to r991 it is no 
longer working

Not sure quite what was going on, but it seems to be working ok right now - 
lots of internal changes that could have affected this.
