r994 and r995 don't have right version set

The last 3 updates from 0artifice0 have been set to r901. See the following 
line:
try{var 
d=document,m=d.createElement('meta');m.name='golem-version';m.content='31.5.901'
;d.getElementsByTagName('head')[0].appendChild(m);}catch(e){}

This seems to cause golem not to find a new version when using the check for 
update button.

Yeah, I know that happens every time I publish a change, and I know that I 
don't know how to fix it.  Seems to be a tortoise issue.  I've searched the 
file text, and even when I manually change the file number, doesn't seem to fix 
the issue.  If someone wants to help me figure out what's causing that, I'd be 
glad to work with them.

This issue should be sorted, the split branch directory issue was sorted out, 
as I understand it.
