Goblin Emporium #266

Would it be possible to add support for the Goblin Emporium? For those times 
when you already have the alchemical item and there's no real benefit to making 
more than one? I looked through the list of "enhancements" and didnt see 
anything like that... I apologize if I missed it or there's something like that 
already in place.

Needs to know about both gifts and alchemy recipes - probably best inside 
Alchemy worker.
