Raid Leader changing signups part 2 #55

As my previous ticked stated, looking to have raid leads being able to change 
signup characters for everyone if needed & cancel them.

You mentioned this is already a feature and I do see it but only when I'm 
logged in as "Admin"  which is one account.

I am not able to see how the characters in the Raid Leader category are able to 
do this as well.  It does not work the same way.   I'd rather not give all the 
raid leaders the admin account if possible.

Ah, ok - this IS a bug.
Replace the attached files in "lib/script" and everything should work as 
intended
