Add message bubble border to images and GIFs #6180

### Steps to reproduce 1. Grab an image or GIF. 2. Upload it to a chat using Telegram Desktop. 3. If applicable, choose "Send as a photo", "Send as an album", or "Send as separate photos". ### Expected behaviour The image(s) and/or GIFs have a small border surrounding them like on the mobile apps. Note that Telegram for Android (not Telegram X for Android) is a bit inconsistent here. ### Actual behaviour There is no border around image(s) and/or GIFs. ### Configuration **Operating system:** Windows 10 **Version of Telegram Desktop:** 1.7.10 **Used theme**: Built-in
