don't prefer oc in the path #165

I had a tool called oc in my path that wasn't the openshift oc tool. This caused telepresence to crash. Moving my oc out of the path fixed the issue.

Thanks for the bug report!

I'll see if I can add a sanity check to catch that case.

OK, this'll be fixed as part offix for #164.
