[Bug][Timeline] When Timeline is in horizontal mode there is whitespace rendered below it. #2664

Current behavior

There is too much whitespace below the Timeline which makes it unusable with other components, as it messes the UI.

Expected behavior

The Timeline shouldn't take this much whitespace below itself.

Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions

  1. Open the example from this article: https://www.telerik.com/kendo-react-ui/components/layout/timeline/horizontal-mode
  2. Scroll inside the container
  3. Notice the whitespace rendered below the Timeline
