definitely need it on iPadOS. Vim just do things right anywhere.

Is this a planned feature? I would be interested on trying to get this working for iPadOS. Does this project actively accepts contributions?

+1 on this. Would love to get it working on iPad. :)

@danielcompton (@nbelzer?): Do you know what would be required to make vimari available as a Safari extension on iPadOS?

Are code changes necessary? Or maybe it’s a case of extra metadata somewhere in the existing codebase that says “I also work on iPadOS”? (🤞)

Check out https://apps.apple.com/us/app/svadilfari/id1586432379 which is also OSS

It's kind of what I imagine Vimari on iOS to be. I have gestures to open/close tab as well as move left/right.

I think it’s exactly this case here, checking that it works on iPad while releasing new version. But could be wrong. Yet it would be so awesome feature to have when switching from Blink to Safari and still use VIM muscle memory. :)

I found this if anyone is interested with vim-like experience in Safari on iPad: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/vimlike/id1584519802
