Validator missing from testnet list #45

comethblocks is registered but not showing on:

https://app-dev.telos.net/validators

I can see they are showing in this testnet list - https://explorer-test.telos.net/vote

But not in the one shared by Justin unless we view the performance graph

It seems that the app was not fully configured to accept testnet data.
