Can't launch `spn` with Gitpod nodes #925

Describe the bug Related to https://github.com/ignite/cli/issues/2735 but creating an issue here as it may be related to spn implementation.

spn with 0.46 can't be launched from spn with Gitpod nodes because of networking issue Scaffodled chains can be launched.

There might be something wrong in app or cmd package that interfere with p2p.

Local network with several nodes works as localnet can be run.

SPN doesn't have Gitpod proxy anymore Le's see in the future if we want to add it without cli dep
