add json_dump to README #6

Just adds a line to the command list

@tenox7 let me know if you were looking for a larger update to the readme (or just different wording). I figured I'd just mention it in the command list for discoverability

but could add a jq example if that seems helpful

Otherwise hope it is good for a release after the README update, so I don't need to keep my fork locally
