I released the command from https://github.com/terminal42/contao-url-rewrite/pull/21 in a small extension with a migration!

@baumannsven I'm not sure if we always want to suggest the migration extension.

One solution could be that @fritzmg suggests my migration extension and my migration already suggests terminal42/contao-url-rewrite
