Updated sensor collection and dataset IDs where available
Removed broken links for datasets with no collection ID (e.g., co2sensor, priSensor, stereoTop)

@dlebauer If these look OK, can you merge the PR? The links in the documentation are currently broken. Let's move the discussion about DOIs to a separate ticket -- maybe https://github.com/terraref/reference-data/issues/24
