Thank you, I planned this and add this a high level. Below is my new desgin idea,I have no UI desginer, so as a pure developer,I should desgin UI as simple as possiable and focus on the functional, which is better, vertical or horizontal?
PS:New UI/UX is developing now, will change at any time... If you have any other idea, just reply.

I think a vertical layout is better for scalability right now. I'll see how we can further improve the UI/UX later, but for now, you're heading in the right direction.
Could you please improve the UI/UX experience of share plugin? I’d really appreciate it.
For reference, please take a look at the Notion and Capacities sharing feature. In Capacities, the user-friendly UI/UX includes a switch to enable or disable sharing and an option to copy a secret shared link. I believe this setup is effective, but it can be further refined. I'm looking for an even better user experience in SiYuan.
I personally prefer the UI/UX for sharing in Notion; it looks more polished to me.
This is how the UI/UX in Capacities looks:
Once content is shared in Capacities, a beautiful shared indicator appears in the breadcrumb area. I would love to see a similar feature in SiYuan, so we can easily identify which documents have been shared and which have not. Although we already have document management, having this type of shared indicator would be a valuable addition.

Here I want to see:
And once the user clicks on the 'Shared' button here, it should display a menu, allowing the user to quickly disable sharing using switch.
+1
I am working on it, wait for a few days.
