Here are the expected outcomes when using a kitchen.yml configuration that would work successfully with vRA 7.x.

  1. The kitchen commands fail if the configuration points to vRA 8.x as mentioned in this issue
  2. The root cause of the error is determined.
  3. Effort estimate for updating vmware-vra gem including tests
  4. Effort estimate for updating kitchen-vra plugin including tests
