Please state from where this is backported #13

The Readme oly says "A backport of linecache to older supported Pythons.", but it does not state from where it is backported. So one does not now up to which Python version this module is of use. The Categories list up to Python 3.4, so this may be the Python 3.5 implementation of linecache. But the Readme should state this.

Its a backport of master.
