After using incorrect credentials and trying to refresh course list, I've been unable to edit TMC Username. Whenever I open TMC Settings, a NullPointerException is generated (stacktrace below). The settings window opens, but whenever I try to click on the username field or any other writeable field, nothing happens. I presume it's reproducible on linux, Netbeans 8.0.2, TMC 0.8.10.
