Package installation launched even if package already installed #138

Hello,

For 1 package it seems that the plugin """is not checking""" if the package is already installed or not and we are getting an error as package is already installed : image

Any advice for us?

PS : We are on last plugin version (sf v2) This package is new in our sfdx-project.json and was successfuly installed through texei plugin the first time.

I'm not able to reproduce, could you give me a full sample with a sfdx-project.json and the exact command line you're running ?
