利用者に対する影響はほぼない変更です

textlint-scriptsの利用
- 中身はbabelなのでほぼ同じです
kuromojin@2 へアップデート
- Interface変更とTypeScript対応だけなので動作の違いはないです
- Release 2.0.0 · azu/kuromojin
