Hi, the pophelp files will eventually be stored and translated via Crowdin (I'm awaiting a the theme branch to merge into dev before that though). So I'd say hold onto these texts until then. I also have partial other translations that were started on Crowdin before the language overhaul we are working through, that I need to merge at that time. Thanks for your patience!
