Update board design with 10k/10k voltage dividers instead of 4.7k/10k. #59

This is related to issue #55 - Part of fixing this issue was trying different divider values and 10k/10k seems to be better than 10k/4.7k. Update the Pad2Pad design to make this official.

I have done this on revision 6 of the Pad2Pad design, which is in process now.
