Investigate the SET BT POWER command. #73

If my trunk is filled with luggage or groceries, the bluetooth mounted in the trunk is iffy about connecting successfully to the head unit. See if the SET BT POWER command can help improve this.

Despite the iWrap command language reference guide seeming to hint that I could increase the transmit power to 20db, the command line interface only lets me go up to 6db. This seems to be consistent with the WT32i datasheet which also says that it's 6.2db maximum.

The default for "SET BT POWER" is "6 6 6" which is the maximum that it seems to let me set at the commaond line.
