We are also working on a Correction of the Forms, as well a python based Form Parser that will produce CSV/XLSX Files from a Collection of Forms. please have a look at: https://github.com/lakay/COVID-19_PDF-Reporting

Great! My tiny work is complete. I wonder me now if I should drop my part now because your work is times more sophisticated. I have not taken care about meaningful identifier names to keep to work load low. And I also have not thinking about digital pre and post processing of the pdf files.

When will your French and Italian versions available and in which way will you communicate it to the medical doctors?

I think it’s time to have these files as soon as possible available because the disease is present now! A solution which is available in some weeks makes obviously less sense.

Dear Peter, We are working under high pressure to finalize the forms. ncov and labor (d) are about to be done. death form (d) is in review, test and correction currently. Coding will continure in the afternoon ...

We totally agree that time is a critical factor, especially with the rising numbers.

Tried to reach the BAG People via Hotline Number and 3 different Email adresses, also asked Adrienne Fichter to reach out to her contacts from her Research for the Republik Article ... all to no avail as of now. If we don't hear from the BAG until Monday Noon, we are even thinking about to make a physical visit in Bern ...

Thank you for your work so far. Would it be okay if we use your it/fr Forms as a start in ouer project.

@lakay please publish your Code asap. So we can distribute it from the bottom up via the Cantons who want to act. Top-Down-Approach via Bern will not work very well at the moment.

@zdavatz We are really on it ... great idea to make the distribution Bottom-Up. pls have a watch on our repo at https://github.com/lakay/COVID-19_PDF-Reporting we are updating very frequently.

If you can support us by testing the forms, that would be greatly appreciated. best regards

@All I suggest to leave (my) pdf's at the communicated well known place. Would be great to update these documents with the updated versions from your side at time!?

@lakay Hi, good work! If you can confirm I will add the download info from your side to my side (MD file) as well I like to place your files to the already communicated cloud folder and inform and point to your repository?

@tgdbepe4 Thank You Peter, sure you can do that. We are working with the CC1.0-Universal License. Sharing, copying is not a problem at all. Please make sure that the links point to our repo, we are still very frequently updating (for example as of yesterday, new forms arrived on the BAG site, which we now have adapted already). best regards k.
