Essentials: Examples of Open Data #11

We need to decide how to present the different categories of examples. Right now they are simple lists of links. It would be great to add more context, but I'm not sure how.

@lindaklinger - I've added some more detail in some sections and removed other sections that were blank and I don't think we need. I also added a brief note at the beginning that this is not meant to be a comprehensive list, and adding links to some other lists of catalogs. I think this is probably about as good as it's going to get for the first review. It's not clear to me why we list some countries & cities but not others; admittedly, it's a bit capricious, but we can try to get feedback on that during review.
