API: Add getDAppClientInstance(config) method. This method should be used instead of new DAppClient(config). The advantage of using the new method is that it makes sure there is only one instance created. If it is called multiple times, the same same (cached) instance is returned. This is important because creating multiple client instances can lead to problems.
Tezos: The TezBlockExplorer was replaced by TzktExplorer because tezblock.io now redirects to tzkt.io.
