Some limited injectors no longer refill in MarineMed #16585

Description

It is not possible to refill some limited injectors in MarineMed. Hypervene, oxycodone, spaceacillin, alkysine, imidazoline, quick-clot used to be possible to refill, now it is not. When you left click with an empty injector the pop up says: "The autoinjector is missing some of its reagents!" and when right click: "Can't refill this".

Reproduction Steps

  1. Go to MarineMed on ship. (NOT Valhalla)
  2. Take hypervene out and empty it.
  3. Try to refill it.

The right-click injector change #14121 is what broke this btw. plz fix
