Semantic handling of text markup (list) commands is needed as described in 
http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.14/Documentation/notation/text-markup-commands and

It would be good if these wouldn't be hardcoded, but define-markup-command & define-markup-list-command definitions could be interpreted. Of course this seems much more involved.
