build.xml: avoid creating & installing to WWW directory unless requested #9

I was a bit surprised to see ~/Projects/www show up when I ran ant in ~/Projects/openseadragon

I don't know if this patch is still relevant... ant build builds just the JS file and doesn't create a www folder. It's not the default option, though; I'll fix that (so just ant will just build the JS file)... does that address your concern, @acdha?

Ok, cc676d1b36c414ed0996bb706e7e5c0fc97ca905 makes just the JS file the default build, so you won't see that www folder unless you want it.
